Exchange & Returns
- Items purchased at Star Lawn E-Store can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Replacement / return of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged then you can return it to Star Lawn head office for replacement / return / refund immediately after receiving. Prior to shipping the return to Star lawn, you will need to inform us within 48 hours starting from when you received the order by hand, by calling Customer Service Department on +92 321 2928686 or emailing at email@example.com for the replacement / return / refund to be processed. If approved, you may ship your item to Star lawn for refund / replacement / return.
- All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then we will not consider the item for return / replace exchange.
- We will not consider the replacement / return if customer sends it without notifying Star lawn E-Store by calling and by sending an e-mail to the Customer Services.
- The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for return / replacement / exchange to be processed.
- Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of return.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced / returned.
